The City of Overland Park is selling reusable polypropylene bags for $2.50 (including sales tax) that offer plenty of room and durability to pack your store-bought products. The price covers the city's cost for the bags. These 13 x 15 x 10 dark green bags, with heavy-duty handles and more room than most other reusable bags, are a great way to inexpensively invest in protecting the environment. Some grocery stores may offer a discount on a purchase when you use a reusable bag. Other grocery store chains are no longer offering customers plastic bags.
